Cuvée Grand Tasting: Saturday May 24, 2025
We’re excited to announce the date for the Grand Tasting and look forward to working with you on what will be another spectacular event! Now in its 34th year, Cuvée 2025 will be our greatest event ever welcoming over 700 guests to experience wine tastings from 48 of Ontario’s best winemakers, and culinary pairings from a brigade of Niagara’s best chefs. Cuvée connects wineries with consumers all weekend long as they discover new wines at the Grand Tasting (Sat May 24) and at participating Cuvée en Route wineries (Fri May 23 – Sun May 25).

Please complete your winery participation registration form and submit your fee to save your spot. Your registration form includes your intention to participate in Cuvée en Route, one of our fastest areas of growth. Though the date falls on Easter weekend (due to venue availability) the long weekend will beneficially support winery visits for en Route.

- All fields are required in order to submit your registration application.
- Second winery properties must complete a second registration application form.
- Once you have filled in your registration form proceed to the payment link provided. This participation fee is due with your application.
- Participation fee is $435 + HST for each winery. Payment by Credit card confirms your entry.
We will be in touch with confirmed wineries to fill in the secondary form – Winemakers Choices and your Cuvée en Route details. Deadline for secondary form: February 20, 2025).
Winery participation is booked on a first come basis with completed applications and payments. Once we reach our participation capacity limit all others will be wait listed.
As is past practice each participating winery will be given three Cuvée Grand Tasting tickets – one for the property’s winemaker and 2 for winery representatives. Wineries MUST provide the full names of the 3 staff that will be attending with these tickets by May 15, 2025. NO others will be permitted entry without a paid ticket.
Event timelines:
- Media Tasting: 6:30-7:15 p.m. It is expected that the winemaker will represent the winery during this period to pour for the media only.
- VIP Reception and Awards Presentation: 6:30-7:30 p.m. Winery representatives are also invited to attend the Awards Presentations.
- Grand Tasting: 7:30-10 p.m.
- Après Cuvée party: 9:30-12 a.m.
- Cuvée en Route – runs from May 23-25, 2025.
Cuvée en Route details will be forwarded after your winery participation is complete.
Hotel Room Availability: As the event is being hosted at the Holiday Inn Conference Centre, guest rooms are available at a preferred rate of $164+HST and Fees, to be booked directly with the hotel.
