Cuvée Grand Tasting: Saturday May 24, 2025

Student volunteers will be assigned to a winery on a first come first served basis prior to the event. If selected you will be notified of the winery name along with the wines you will be pouring in advance of the event. In agreeing to pour at the event we want to make sure you take the time to be knowledgeable about the product you're pouring in advance of the Grand Tasting event. Students may connect with their paired brand ahead of the event to begin the working relationship and have more lead time to become familiar with the products. It is advised that students take the initiative to do so.

Wine (Saturday May 24 from 5 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.)

Set-up and Strike are two very important components of the event. If you are not successful getting a spot in the task above we hope that you might consider volunteering for the event in any of the following time frames:

Friday May 23 from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Friday May 23 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Saturday May 24 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Saturday May 24 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday May 24 from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m.

Cuvée student volunteers are required to act responsibly as you are representing your academic institution.
